To start a return, you can reach out to our support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Once our team confirms all information, we’ll coordinate with our logistics partner to schedule the collection.  

A $99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed once the item(s) have been successfully collected.

Please note: Return processing typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on carrier availability in your area.
