Can I update or change my shipping address?Updated 4 months ago
In order to know if you can change your address, we will have two scenarios:
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. You can just email us at [email protected].
Please note: All changes go through a quick fraud check, which usually takes up to 24 business hours.
If your order is already being processed or is on its way, we can’t change the address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away—we’ll try to submit a return-to-sender request with UPS, but we can’t guarantee it.
